I spent the first 6 months in my business with $0 in revenue.
Then in month 7 I signed my first high-ticket client - $4k in revenue.
The next month I signed 3 more high-ticket clients - $12k in revenue.
The next month I doubled my rates.
And since then?
I’ve consistently signed multiple high-ticket private coaching clients, every month.
Although I’m proud AF of these results, what want to underscore are the SIX MONTHS where I didn’t make a dime.
I literally remember telling my coach that I “Couldn’t imagine anyone buying my Intensive.”
... a $300 offer.
So what changed? How did I go from struggling to sell a one-off coaching session for a few hundred dollars, to booking out my 1-1 program (a $7k investment) in less than 6 months?
Well, I got massively clear on who I served, the problem I solved for them, and why I was the best person for the job, which made me feel massively confident in myself and my offer.
Then, I let that confidence shine through in my content, and learned exactly what I needed to be saying to my audience in order to stand out and compel them to want to learn more.
And finally, I showed up consistently for my people, even when I didn’t have any people. I treated my audience just like I would treat my clients. I held nothing back, made those relationships my top priority, demonstrated my ability to solve their problems, and KEPT SHOWING UP and staying top of mind, even and especially when it felt like I wasn’t getting any traction.
This simple, replicable strategy has now become my Clarity, Content, Consistency (CCC) Framework, which I now use to help my clients experience those same quantum leaps in their own businesses, without the hustle and overwhelm.
If you’re SO BEYOND DONE feeling stuck, broke, frustrated, and wondering when the hell this business of yours will ever take off (I know the feeling), here’s how YOU can use my CCC framework to skyrocket your business results sooner than later:
Step 1: Clarity
First and foremost, the important pieces you need to get clarity on in your business do NOT include things like brand colors, professional photos or a fancy website. In order of importance, here’s what you DO need to be getting clarity on:
- WHO, specifically, are you serving? The more specific you are about this, the easier everything else will be. And I don’t mean specific in the ‘she’s a 34 year old mom living in the suburbs with 2 kids and loves Chanel’ kind of way. I mean specific in the ‘what problems are keeping her up at night that I am an expert at solving’ kind of way.
- WHAT is the most pressing, tangible result that they want? Again, get specific! “Living her dream life” or “Having more freedom” isn’t gonna cut it.
- HOW do you/your program/offer/product help them achieve that thing, and why are you the perfect person to help them get there?
This type of clarity work is so important for 2 reasons: it creates confidence for you, AND your potential clients.
It’s going to be virtually impossible for you to be confident enough in your offer to sell it if you aren’t crystal clear on why it’s so valuable, FIRST. And if you want someone to buy from you, you have to make sure they CLEARLY understand whether or not you’re able to solve their specific problems.
Step 2: Content
Nothing in your business will work if your content doesn’t resonate with the right people and compel them to want to learn more about you. Your ads won’t work, your emails won’t work, your website won’t work...you get the point.
The key to getting to the place where you get big results without spending all your time chasing down potential clients is to create content that sells FOR you. Content that is so captivating that your people feel compelled to reach out to you, ready to sign up, with little to no objections.
So what do you talk about? Think micro, not macro. So instead of, “I’ll help you have more freedom and create your dream life,” talk about what that will actually look and feel like day-to-day.
Talk about the immediate, tangible results they’re going to get rather than the modules that will get them there. What are your people worried about? How does your program give them RELIEF from that thing? What do they want to FEEL? What makes them so insanely excited to have? What are they SO desperate to change, right now?
Step 3: Consistency
If you want consistent clients, you need to take consistent action. Now, this doesn’t mean you need to be working 24/7 on #allthethings and feeling all the overwhelm, but it does mean that you need to know exactly what needs to be done in your business on a daily basis to move the needle forward, and prioritizing those things day in and day out.
You can be consistent, have a business that makes sales like a well-oiled machine, AND have a spacious schedule. You just have to stay hyper-focused on working your strategy until it works, and that means avoiding shiny object syndrome like the plague. If you feel like you’re ‘doing it wrong’ because so-and-so swears by Pinterest, or ads, or webinars or, or or….you’re gonna be on the fast-track to burnout and overwhelm real quick.
That being said, the key to mastering consistency in your business is twofold:
1- MINDSET. It’s hard to keep on keeping on when it feels like things aren’t working, and it can feel IMPOSSIBLE to believe in your success when you have no evidence to show for it. Consistency will make you or break you, so priority number one is figuring out how to get control over your mind so you can stay IN IT and keep showing up even (and especially) when your ego starts telling you to quit.
2- SYSTEMS. If you constantly feel like you’re barely keeping your head above water, or you’re always waiting for inspiration to strike in order to create content and show up online, consistency is going to CONSISTENTLY feel like an uphill battle. Just like with any business, failing to plan is planning to fail, so you need to start thinking about ways you can automate and systemize the time-consuming tasks in your business, so consistency is a no-brainer and inspiration becomes an added bonus.
There ya have it! Or, a condensed version of it at least.
I believe in this framework to the very core of my being, and I have no doubt in its ability to skyrocket results in your business– just as it has mine and for so many of my clients– as long as you are committed to showing up, doing the work, and doing it consistently.
And if you’re ready to get the support you need from someone who has been in your shoes and knows exactly what to do (and what mistakes to avoid) so you can fast-track your transformation, I have ONE spot left to work with me 1-1 starting this month.
If you’ve been craving that high-level support and accountability from someone who will roll up her sleeves, treat your business as her own and go ALL THE WAY IN with the mindset, strategic and marketing support you need to create focused, unstoppable momentum, then book your call here.
I believe in what’s possible for you, and it’s time you did, too.
